MSRB Announces Members of Glossary Working Group.

Washington, D.C. – The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) today announced the members of its glossary working group, which will be responsible for updating the MSRB Glossary of Municipal Securities Terms. Ten experienced market professionals, including members representing broker dealers, municipal advisors, issuers and investors will work alongside MSRB staff on the publication’s fourth edition.

“The MSRB Glossary of Municipal Securities Terms is a popular resource available for free to the investing public,” MSRB CEO Mark Kim said. “We greatly appreciate the market knowledge and industry expertise of the members of our working group to keep this valued resource current and relevant for a rapidly evolving municipal securities market.”

Working group members for the fourth edition of the MSRB Glossary of Municipal Securities Terms include:

First published in 1985, MSRB’s glossary provides investors, other market participants and the general public with a basic understanding of commonly used municipal securities market terminology.
