Over the next few weeks, leading up to the December 1 deadline, NABL members will be advising issuer and obligated person clients on self-reporting under the Municipal Continuing Disclosure Cooperation Initiative. To assist its members in advising their clients, NABL has prepared a summary of views broadly held by practitioners on procedural aspects of self-reporting.
