This panel will focus on the application of the model rules of professional responsibility in situations involving these regulatory agencies and the previously unforeseen conflicts of interest that arise as a result.

NABL has applied for and anticipates receiving ethics CLE credit for between 1.5 and 1.8 hours in most states that accredit teleconferences. No credit will be available in Pennsylvania. Certificates of Attendance will be e-mailed to you , and credit hours will be reported to those states that require sponsors to report credit.
