Zach Solomon, Morgan Stanley’s co-head of public finance investment banking, is leaving the firm to join TD Securities, according to people familiar with the matter.
Solomon, who during his time in the role was Morgan Stanley’s lead banker on more than $5 billion in bond sales for Florida private railroad Brightline, departed this week, said the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity as the information is not public.
Solomon confirmed he left Morgan Stanley and declined further comment when reached on Friday. A Morgan Stanley representative declined to comment. A TD Securities spokesperson didn’t respond to a request for comment.
